דתניא הרי שהיה נושה בחבירו מנה ועשה לו שדהו מכר בזמן שהמוכר אוכל פירות מותר לוקח אוכל פירות אסור ר' יהודה אומר אף בזמן שהלוקח אוכל פירות מותר
